Mental health issues are a common presentation in clinical practice as well as in real life situations. Early identification of such situations and proper management helps in preventing the manifestation of morbidities affecting health and behaviour in family as well as society. Ayurvedic psychiatric care focuses on correction in the psychic and physical level of manifestation through dosha diagnosis and helps the body to do the self-healing. Sareera and Mano dosha are both affected in such situations and proper management starts from the physiological regulation and the situation for body to be resilient.

  • Training in “Mindful Life Management” from NAMi, Thiruvananthapuram;
  • Completed Basic level certification course in Pranic healing an Alternative system of energy healing.
