New findings on Ayurvedic Treatment of Chronic Migraine

Chronic migraine affects almost 10 % of all migraine sufferers, and its treatment is challenging since prophylactic drugs often have an inadequate response or unacceptable side effects.

Ayurveda offers a novel opportunity of treatment strategy for Chronic migraine patients.

A significative reduction in the number of headache attacks and intensity is reported in studies together with an overall improvement in health-related quality of life (general health, social functioning, role emotion, and mental health) and a decrease in triptans and NSAID intake.

The webinar will deal with the present view of Chronic migraine compared with the Ayurvedic approach, presenting also the latest results of clinical studies.
