This is a short course in which we will get a basic overview of child care with Ayurvedic principles. We will look into the growth and development, nutrition care and also preventive and remedial care for some of the common issues during childhood. The topics will also include the current acute challenges like building healthy immunity and systems of the body, developing good satva for a healthy mind and dealing with childhood infections.
