You will have theoretical and practical classes on the purification therapy - Panchkarma.

Panchakarma is an integral part of a comprehensive Ayurvedic treatment approach that implies cleansing of the body tissues from Ama (endotoxins).

Course program

  1. Basics of Ayurveda and Panchkarma
    You will learn the basic concepts and principles of Ayurveda and learn what Panchakarma actually is, and what procedures it includes.
  2. Management of Diseases
    At the lectures you will learn about etiology, pathogenesis and stages of development of the main groups of diseases from the point of view of Ayurveda, and focus on the use of Ayurvedic medicinal plants in therapy.
  3. Practical Training of Panchkarma Treatments
    The classes are devoted to the improvement of skills for conducting such procedures of Panchakarma as Shiro Abhyanga, Vishesh Abhyanga, Udvartana, Patra Potli, Vishesh Nasya and others.
  4. Training for Therapeutic Use of Ayurveda Medicines & Supplements
    You will learn what Ayurvedic medicines can be used in the treatment of certain diseases.
